Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital & Markets Support Intern to join our team!

Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, making sure everything runs smoothly. As part of this team, you’ll help connect the right people with the right tools, ensuring seamless client experiences through digital collaboration.

What you will be working on

🚀 Digital Collaboration Support (40%)

• Assist the team in using the CRM tool effectively.
• Support and guide the Markets team and internal clients in using digital platforms for Sales and Marketing.
• Help apply different templates within the CRM tool.
• Work alongside the Client Program Manager on key projects.
• Train internal teams on best practices for using collaboration tools.

🖥 Digital Platform Maintenance (30%)

• Assist in maintaining and administering O365 platforms like SharePoint and One Intranet.
• Keep internal documentation up to date.

📢 Deployment Assistance (10%)

• Support the rollout of new collaboration, communication, analytics, and office tools.

📌 Project Management Support (20%)

• Help with day-to-day admin tasks and ongoing projects.
• Assist in marketing, events, and communication projects linked to CRM and campaigns.

What we look for

✅ You’re a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Communication, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.

✅ You’re looking for a mandatory internship of 6months as part of your academic program.

✅ You’re digitally savy and love working with tech.

✅ You have some experience in Customer Sales and Promotion.

✅ You’ve got great communication skills and an eye for detail.

✅ You’re fluent in English (French/German is a plus!).
