Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity/Real Estate
Location: Onsite Luxembourg
Employment type: Contract
Duration: 3/6 Months Initially
Kepler Search is currently supporting a well established financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to support them working within their PE/RE department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the bookkeeping and calculation of the NAV's.
- Participate in the calculation and recording of fees.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of accounting records for Luxembourg investment funds.
- Prepare the financial statements for files such as balance sheets and Cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with clients, tax authorities and auditors.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and analyse the activities.
Skills needed:
- English and French professionally speaking.
- 5 years minimum experience working as a Fund Accountant within the financial services in Luxembourg.
- Experience with accounting principles Lux Gaap and IFRS.
- Minimum 3 years working on alternative investment funds such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt.
