Business Analyst – Transaction Reporting (Savings, Investments & Client Advice) (m/f) CDI
 
ING Luxembourg is looking for a Business Analyst focused on Transaction Reporting for the department Savings, Investments and Client Advice. This team is responsible for managing all investment products for all ING customers (Retail, Private Banking, Wholesale Banking), from creating new products, implementing regulatory changes or managing incidents. 
 
Job description

Your key activities will be:
 
•    As project manager

- Participating to complex projects, involving various stakeholders, with the aim to create even more added value to our customers;
- Using your expertise and experience to contribute to all “sprint” events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos);
- Timely dealing with the most urgent incidents and improvement needs and managing priorities.
  
•    As business analyst

- Analyze regulations or business needs, prepare functional requirements and translate into working software by collaborating with IT engineers;
- Run investigation, remediation and provide guidance on issues within reporting
- Understanding, challenging and being accountable for respecting business principles and external regulation;
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the business domain and the underlying application architecture and relevant IT landscape and technologies.
Be flexible to contribute to other activities within the team where necessary.

Experience and required skills:
 
- Previous experience with Transaction Reporting under EMIR, MIFIDII, SFTR, MIFIR….
- Strong Data analysis and SQL expertise 
- Knowledge about investment products is a must. Financial Markets products is an advantage
- Effective planning and organizational skills. Experience with managing complex projects is a plus. 
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong stakeholder management skills 
- Knowledgeable on IT opportunities to support business goals.

Good level in English and/or French
