POSTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SAP Application Developer to join a leading company in the Luxembourg area. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, develop, configure, and test new system functionalities across various SAP modules. The position involves customizing SAP functionalities to meet business needs, providing expert guidance during implementation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to design and develop SAP solutions tailored to their business processes
- Customize SAP functionalities to satisfy specific business requirements
- Draft detailed solution blueprints
- Provide functional expertise and guidance for successful SAP implementation
- Follow best practices and methodologies throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle
- Perform testing during the implementation phase
- Contribute to the improvement and refinement of SAP processes
- Provide training, support, and advice to team members and relevant business areas
- Occasionally assist with administrative tasks within the department
PROFIL
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced knowledge in one or more SAP functional areas
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules
- Familiarity with ASAP methodology
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Willingness to accept occasional travel as part of the role

- Ability to learn and implement new SAP technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP products and functionalities

- Strong analytical skills for setting up and analyzing complex data
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
