POSTE

As IT Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the digital transformation journey. You will :

- Lead and facilitate user workshops to gather requirements, promote adoption, and shape the vision for Microsoft 365 tools across departments.

- Analyze and synthesize user insights to craft tailored implementation strategies that align with business and operational goals.

- Define clear communication, collaboration, and training plans to drive user engagement and ensure a smooth transition.

- Ensure the M365 configuration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) supports current and future business needs.

- Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and deliver results in a structured, timely manner.


PROFIL

Your Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in IT project management or business analysis.

- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, engage users, and lead change management initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.

- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus.

- Good grasp of UX principles and user-centric strategies is advantageous.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a bonus).

- Certification in Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
