IT Business Analyst (H/F)

POSTE

Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand both strategic and operational needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements

- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance

- Take part in the design and development of new applications or software features, working closely with technical teams

- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of functional specifications, technical requirements, and business process flows

- Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of objectives

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and proper implementation of IT solutions

- Provide technical support to end users and participate in user training if needed

- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures


PROFIL

Your Profile:

- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the medical, biotech, or healthcare industry

- Solid technical skills, including knowledge of databases, programming languages (PHP is a plus), and integration tools

- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify business needs, and propose efficient, technology-driven solutions

- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken); English proficiency is highly desirable.
