Invoicing Officer (M/F)
For one of our clients, we are currently seeking an Invoicing Officer (M/F) for a temporary assignment until 30th November 2026.
Your tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for invoicing-related questions, provide timely responses, and maintain clear, solution-focused communication to support invoice validation and resolve issues efficiently.
- Review and match supplier invoices against orders, agreed rate cards and supporting documents. Spot inconsistencies, investigate variances and manage claims or disputes with suppliers when needed.
- Identify billing or pricing gaps on both supplier and customer sides and implement the necessary corrections, including credit notes when applicable.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in line with contractual pricing and agreed terms, ensuring amounts are correct and all required documentation is complete (CMR, cost breakdowns, Excel files, etc.).
Your profile
- Degree in accountancy
- First similar professional experience
- Professional fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Solid Excel skills (data handling, basic formulas, reconciliations) and ease with business systems and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions
- Analytical mindset, accuracy and strong attention to detail
