We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician(H/F/X) for one of our clients in Echternach.
Your tasks:
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs of our buildings.
Perform daily FM tasks, such as landscaping, repairs of building systems, etc
Assist with small construction duties, office movements, meeting room setup and outside landscaping. Share information regarding refurbishments with internal & external stakeholders.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies to minimize downtime, in line with applicable instructions.
Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Weekly site inspection rounds formalized by an inspection report.

Full time 40 hours a week: 8.00 to 12.00 / 12.30 to 16.30, to be discussed with the Manager

Gross hourly rate min qualified 18.7542 & according to profile

Profil
Your Profile:
Technical qualification (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS) or equivalent; technical certification for brush cutter, mower, gardening equipment
Minimum 1 year experience
Good communication and customer service skills. Team player mindset.
Good organizational & planning skills, with an eye for details. Problem solving attitude and ‘can-do’ approach.
Awareness and understanding of health & safety in the workplace.
Fluent in English
Valid forklift license, certificate for brush cutter, lawn mower and similar gardening tools will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/M365 is preferable
