As part of the Legal and Compliance Department, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Compliance Intern to support the team across a broad range of compliance matters within a dynamic and international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Working on a variety of compliance topics, including insurance law, contract law and other related areas under Luxembourg and foreign laws, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day legal activities of the department by:
• Assisting with onboarding and ongoing due diligence on brokers and service providers.
• Compliance monitoring Plan: helping execute routine checks, tracking remediation points.
• Support to onboarding of new clients, drafting reports.
• Support to maintenance of manual of procedures.
• Contributing to regulatory monitoring, including the preparation of summaries and briefing notes.
Your Profile
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Management or Audit, and the internship forms part of your academic curriculum.
• You have a strong interest in compliance monitoring reviews, risk assessment, legal matters and are eager to apply your knowledge while continuing to learn and develop your skills.
• You are organized, autonomous, and possess excellent drafting and communication skills.
• You have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel.
• You have a mandatory proficiency in English, French being a plus.
