In order to reinforce one of our teams, Arηs Developments is looking for a Business Analyst (M/F).

An IT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes, identifying business, functional and non-functional requirements and designing solutions addressing these needs. They work closely with various stakeholders, including customers (both on the business and technical sides), subject experts, other analysts, and the development teams.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business processes and requirements
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements
• Document requirements in the form of use cases and/or user stories
• Design wireframes of screens
• Analyse and document data models (in the form of class diagrams for instance)
• Define (web)-service interfaces in the form of WSDL / XSD
• Communicate requirements to the development team and ensure continuous support to them
• Document test plans, and test cases and execute them to validate that requirements are implemented accurately
• Provide end-user training and support for IT solutions
