Your missions
- You will lead an interdisciplinary project team with professionalism, taking full responsibility as the primary contact for our customer,
- Serving as the key link between customers and our Client,
- You will oversee the planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of your project, ensuring milestones, deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met,
- You will also be accountable for achieving the financial objectives of the project, consistently monitoring and reporting on its progress,
- As the program manager, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the APQP process and standards, as well as implementing any requested changes.
PROFIL
Your profile
- A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a similar field,
- Relevant professional experience in project or program management within the automotive supply industry,
Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a solution- and customer-focused approach,
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive attitude,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- A strong interest in the automotive industry,
- A collaborative spirit, eager to thrive in a dynamic environment,
- Proficiency in common office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel),
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory (minimum level B2); knowledge of French is a plus.
