Job description

We are currently looking for a RH Officer on behalf of one of our clients based in Kayl, a recognised player in the IT Sector.

This is a 3 to 6 months contract.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative tasks

Support employees during their onboarding, throughout their journey, and in individual situations.

Listen and respond to day‑to‑day HR questions.

Ensure reliable and compliant HR administration.

Manage personnel administration (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, HR data).

Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law.

Manage relationships with local institutions (CCSS, ITM, ADEM, etc.).

 

Recruitment

Participate in the recruitment process (job postings, pre‑screening, interviews).

Coordinate all administrative steps related to recruitment.

Contribute to a smooth and high‑quality candidate experience.

 

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Organise and coordinate human and administrative onboarding.

Monitor the quality of new employees’ integration.

Contribute to QVCT initiatives and the continuous improvement of the employee experience.

 

Training & Development

Support employees in accessing training.

Manage the administrative follow‑up of the training plan.

Participate in the co‑funding process (file preparation and follow‑up).

 

Pay Transparency

Contribute to the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive.

Support the accuracy and reliability of remuneration data.

Contribute to clear and fair communication with employees.

 

Payroll Preparation

Collect, verify, and transfer all required data for payroll preparation.

Monitor variable payroll elements (absences, leave, contractual changes).

Act as a point of contact for employees’ payroll‑related questions, in collaboration with internal/external partners.

 

Support to the Head of HR

Handle day‑to‑day operational HR topics.

Prepare HR files, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Ensure reliable and accessible HR support.

 

Requirements

We are looking for someone open‑minded and curious, able to explore, ask questions, connect with people, and dive into HR practices to better understand, support, and anticipate.

 

Education in Human Resources and experience in generalist HR roles, in Luxembourg (minimum 5 years).

Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law.

Strong listening skills, discretion, and reliability.

Organised, rigorous, and service‑oriented.

Comfortable with HR tools (mpleo recommended) and administrative follow‑up (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Jira).

Familiar with job posting platforms: ADEM, LinkedIn.

Knowledge of ADEM, CCSS, CNS, INFPC portals.
