Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Intern – Fund Administration Applications Solutions
Your role:
As an Intern, you will support core operational and data‑management processes within the fund administration environment.
You will gain hands-on experience with Private Capital Suite (PCS), a leading portfolio accounting and investor reporting system, and collaborate with operations, technology, and reporting teams to ensure accurate data maintenance and timely delivery of key outputs;
You will learn how fund structures, investors, and transactions are represented in financial systems;
You will learn how operational teams ensure data quality and support reporting requirements;
You will experience cross-functional collaboration within fund operations and technology teams.
Your responsibilities:
1. FX Rate Uploading & Data Management:
Assist with the daily foreign exchange (FX) rate uploads into PCS.
Validate and reconcile FX rates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support troubleshooting of FX-related errors in system calculations or reports.
2. Legal Entity & Investor Setup:
Help create and maintain legal entities, investors, and related structures in PCS.
Ensure proper mapping of entity hierarchies, ownership structures, and key attributes.
Verify that records comply with internal data standards and operational procedures.
3. Report Query Creation & Enhancements
Develop and modify PCS Report Queries to support business teams.
Assist in testing new or updated reports for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
Document query specifications and maintain a library of reporting templates.
4. Mailbox Monitoring & Operational Support
Monitor team mailboxes and ensure timely triage of operational requests.
Track and escalate issues related to data integrity, system jobs, or reporting deadlines.
Provide platform support to the operations team on their deliverables.
5. Fund Operations Support
Assist with routine fund operations tasks, such as capital activity workflows, data validation, and system reconciliations.
Support the preparation of schedules, valuations, and fund‑level documentation as needed.
Help investigate and resolve data issues using PCS modules and internal tools.
Your profile:
Ideally, you have a first experience related to PERE funds (preferably within asset management groups in Luxembourg);
Basic understanding of accounting, finance, or investment operations;
Willingness to learn system workflows and operational processes;
Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in working with data, including structured datasets, reconciliations, and reporting logic;
You have a basic knowledge/show good interest of the regulations pertaining to Alternative funds such as RAIF and of AIFM regulation;
You are fluent in English; any additional language is considered an asset;
You are well organized and rigorous;
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks;
You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
