Established almost 10 years ago, this PFS has developed a considerable clientele, to whom it strives to provide the highest level of satisfaction. This allows the team to work on interesting cases and further develop the technical skills of each collaborator.

Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – PFS – Legal – Corporate governance - Funds
- You will manage a portfolio of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate, from their constitution to dissolution.
- You will maintain direct contact with your clients to address their needs and questions.
- Reviewing the work of junior colleagues will be part of your daily tasks.
- You may provide support to your junior colleagues when needed.
- You will ensure coordination between clients and third parties, such as lawyers, notaries, and banks.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – PFS – Legal – Corporate governance - Funds
- To be comfortable in your new role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary or PFS.
- Familiarity with alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate will allow you to better understand their organization.
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, clients, and third parties are essential, and fluency in English is required to ensure this.
- To be efficient, you consider yourself autonomous and dynamic.

- You will have the opportunity to earn a salary of up to €70,000 gross per year, providing you with a good standard of living.
