About us

Founded on October 9, 2008, Audit Conseil Services S.à r.l. (“ACSe”) is a human-scale audit firm offering a diversified range of services related to the certification of financial information. Human-sized does not mean ACSe is just smaller than other well-known audit firms, but makes it a point of honor to place people at the heart of its concerns and its decision-making.

ACSe is duly authorized by the Commision de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) to operate within the financial sector and is a member of the Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises (“IRE”) as well as an Qualified Audit Firm (“Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé”) in Luxembourg.

ACSe performs any type of audit engagements and offers broad range of services requiring an independent party for specific transactions, with the objective of providing added value to its clients in their day-to-day business and to support them in their adaptation to today's fast-paced changing environment.

Our firm serves a wide range of organizations, from international groups to family-owned companies, as well as institutional clients in the private equity sector and Luxembourg-based entities regulated by the CSSF.
