About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is often looking for motivated Junior Consumer Shopper Understanding (CSU) Specialists to support the CSU Managers in coordinating and performing the project management of research activities for our beloved brands.
The CSU function is involved in measuring business performance (e.g. via retail audit and shopper panel where available, advertising tracking) and to an extent innovation (roll out, local tropical development, post-launch evaluation), elevating the quality of our advertising, and providing foundational consumer and shopper insights.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Junior CSU Specialist, you will support the team in understanding consumer and shopper behaviors to inform marketing strategies and business decisions. This role involves data analysis, research coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Specifically, you will be able to support in managing day-to-day consumer research projects and communication of the project’s set-up and payment follow-up.
On top of that, you will provide support in data extraction and consolidation for cross-category and cross-country analytics and provide insights by analyzing internal and external data sources, industry trends and competitor actions.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business or related.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your analytical, presentation and communication skills, combined with your ability to work with numbers and in a team.
Finally, your initial project management understanding and proficiency in MS Office suite (Power Point and Excel) will also be valuable.
