Greenfield is pleased to be working closely with a large international group currently seeking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their Financial Department. The incumbent will participate on a broad scope of operational aspects such as cash management, accounting, reporting of Luxembourg companies. The Role:
Cash Management:
- Update of cash management databases.
- Follow-up of the processing of banking operations (reconciliation, initiations, follow-up) in compliance with internal procedures;
- Follow-up of intra-group flows (processing, recording, interest calculations, reconciliation, etc.);
- Update local financial department management tools;
- Management of supplier payments;
- Establishment of forecast analyses;
- Mastery of interfaces between cash management and financial tools.
Financial reporting:
- Handling accounting and financial IT tools (SAP);
- Accounting entry;
- Regulatory accounting reporting (LuxGAAP) and for the consolidated financial statements in IFRS for the needs of the group and the banking establishments;
- Follow-up of work with external auditors;
- Financial analysis;
General aspects:
- Management of digitized documents (follow-up of invoices, legal databases, etc.);
- General administrative work (presentations, correspondence, maintenance of files, etc.);
- "Corporate" obligations (requisitions and other RCSL publications, etc.);
- Development and improvement of internal procedures;
- VAT declarations (preparation of worksheets, declarations, filings, etc.).
Your Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar.
- Experience of approximately 3 years in a similar function within an accounting/auditing firm (in an international context if possible). Big 4 experience is an asset.

- Organized, rigorous, autonomous
- Flexible and with good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel
- Native level of French and fluent good level in English
