We are currently looking for a
Jurist / Lawyer - Employment law (hybrid work) /
(Juriste / Avocat - Droit social)
Your mission:
You will join our team to work on various types of files, both in terms of advisory and litigation, providing assistance to a wide range of international and multi-national clients (private equity houses, financial institutions, institutional clients) and also local clients.
Your duties will include:
1. Provision of advice and assistance to clients in a wide variety of Employment law issues:
- Day-to-day HR issues (drafting of contracts, internal policies…),
- Disciplinary procedures, dismissals and collective redundancies processes,
- International mobility (including immigration aspects) and social security questions,
- Employee benefit schemes such as pension plans, stock option plans and other incentive schemes,
- Implementation of operational businesses in Luxembourg,
- Business reorganisations on seller or buyer side notably by performing legal Due Diligence
2. Preparation of employment-related litigation files and attending Court hearings.
3. Following the trends on the matter both in Luxembourg and the European Union legal updates)
4. Being involved in the development of the department through visibility actions, such as drafting of legal news, preparation or facilitation of presentations and participation to conference

The candidate should have:
- A university degree in Law (Bac + 5) ideally with specialization in Employment Law
- An experience between 2 to 5 years in a law firm in Employment field
- Excellent oral and written communication and team player
- A perfect command of both French and English
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt easily
- A high-level service mindset dedicated to clients satisfaction
