We are looking for an
Expeditor (m/f/d)
Do you have a passion for Supply Chain? Then come and join our TMT-team, work in a dynamic environment and inspire us with your expertise.
Your main tasks:
- Monitoring all orders from placement to delivery
- Ensuring suppliers meet established delivery deadlines
- Communicating with suppliers to check the status of orders and address any delay
- Close collaboration with internal departments as Procurement, Logistics and Engineering
- Ensuring supply lists are submitted on time
- Maintaining and updating data in the relevant systems
- Regular reporting on progress and potential delivery issues to the respective managers
- Developing and implementing measures to minimize supply chains risks.
What do we expect?
- Commercial or technical education or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Some years of professional experience in the industrial sector is considered as an advantage
- Ability to present complex issues in a simple, systematic and understandable way
- Fluent in English and German. French is considered as an advantage
- High degree of initiative and autonomy and able to work in a professional and independent manner.
