Description

* Engaging and advising on group-wide initiatives and projects

* Providing guidance on corporate organization and addressing diverse project-related concerns

* Establishing, managing, and winding up companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions

* Crafting and assessing legal documents such as charters, agreements, and memoranda for various purposes

* Reviewing contracts and paperwork for private equity and real estate transactions, including financing and regulatory obligations

* Examining documentation pertaining to diverse investments undertaken by different entities

* Crafting and revising a range of contracts including leases, loans, and share transfer agreements

* Managing group trademark affairs

* Coordinating with regulatory bodies and external agents to ensure compliance across entities

* Monitoring legal and regulatory updates

* Providing reports at the group level

Profile

* At least 7 years of professional experience on a legal position in Luxembourg and more specifically funds management

* Have a client-focused advisory approach

* Full proficiency in English

* Master Degree in Law
