Description
Your key responsibilities as Compliance Officer:
- Assist in evaluating compliance risks and developing a control plan.
- Implement compliance tests and create reports based on results.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to both internal stakeholders and regulators.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure proper application within the company.
- Support internal and external audits by developing action plans based on findings.
- Contribute to compliance-related projects and the training of staff on compliance matters.
Profile
Your qualities as successful Compliance Officer :
- Degree in Law or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in compliance role within asset management or auditing in Luxembourg.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory framework.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
