To support our growth and strategic development, we are looking for a Business Analyst Senior – Strategy & Operations to join our team.

About you | The Role

As a Business Analyst Senior – Strategy & Operations, you will work closely with the Executive Management to analyze and optimize business processes, support strategic projects, and provide actionable insights to drive company performance and growth.

This position is at the crossroads of business consulting and data analysis and plays a key role in transforming information into strategic actions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from sales, operations, market and competition.
• Deliver clear dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Process Optimization

• Evaluate and improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and agility.
• Define and implement performance indicators (KPIs, dashboards, OKR frameworks).
• Promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement across departments.

Strategic Projects

• Contribute to defining and monitoring strategic initiatives (new geographies, innovation, digital transformation).
• Build structured action plans with objectives, milestones and measurable deliverables.
• Provide regular analyses and recommendations to Executive Management.

Desired Profile

Experience: 5–7 years in consulting, business analysis, strategic project management or performance management.

 Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and methodological rigor.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, CRM tools and KPI/OKR frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Soft Skills:

• Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-changing, multicultural environment.
• Persistent, organised, and proactive.
• Strong emotional intelligence to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders.
