We're looking for an Agile Coach / Scrum Master who will guide teams through their Agile transformation and help embed Agile values across the organization.
- Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
- 1 or 2 remote days per week depending of your location
- Position based in Esch-sur-Alzette
Your mission :
- Champion Agile methodologies and practices, including principles from Software Craftsmanship, Agile analysis frameworks, and iterative development models.
- Promote a deep understanding of Agile values and how they differ from traditional project management approaches.
- Foster collaboration and build strong relationships across departments to support Agile adoption.
- Guide teams in embracing Agile ways of working, encouraging adherence to processes, and helping them evolve their practices. Act as a catalyst for change during Agile implementation.
- Support Product Owners in managing and refining product backlogs, ensuring prioritization aligns with delivering maximum value.
- Identify and remove obstacles-whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal-that hinder team progress.
- Encourage continuous improvement and learning, helping teams reach peak performance while knowing when to intervene and when to step back.
- Coach teams toward autonomy, agility, and excellence in delivery.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to share insights and improve Agile practices across the company.
- Occasional travel may be required. A valid EU work permit is essential.
Your profile :
- Excellent communication skills in both french and english, with the ability to influence and lead effectively.
- Strong analytical, listening, and teaching abilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and conflict, with the ability to deliver clear messages and maintain focus on strategic goals.
- Authentic, confident, and courageous in your approach.
- Experience mentoring and coaching teams.
- Proven track record in implementing Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Solid technical foundation-ideally, you have experience as a developer.
