Missions :
- You will be part of the Transformation Team leading by the Head of transformation who is currently reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
- This team is organised in 6 differents stream, based on business lines.
Your mains objectives :
- To secure that the transformation roadmap is executed as defined,
- To be the main point of contact and coordinator between the transformation team and the rest of the areas including the different departments in the company.
You will be responsible for :
- Understanding the general context of the business line
- Support the head of transformation to define the transformation plan for the following years aligned with the overall transformation of the company.
- Secure the implementation of the transformation plan by prioritizing and arbitrating according to the business needs and the available resources. Escalate risks on the transformation execution.
- Secure the Governance by implementing the standards committees.
- Manage change requests by challenging business priorities
- Defines the project in collaboration with stakeholders
- Defines and track the scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and risks of the project.
- Creates a project team with internal and/or external collaborators
- Understands the business process and the IT solution to ensure alignment of stakeholders, lead and actively participate in project implementation, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Coordinates the project and adheres to project governance
- Manages the project budget
- Manages project risks and seeks mitigation actions with the project team
Your Main technical skills :
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience
- Professional experience in the Wealth Management and/or software development field.
- Experience on Digital Transformation for Wealth Management.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience in Agile project management is a plus. Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMP is preferred.
- Excellent command of French and English.
