German Speaking Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a successful independent financial provider, we are looking for a “German Speaking Senior Accountant (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities: 

• Responsible for general ledger and completeness, accuracy and consistency check of financial records
• Ensure month-end closing process
• Analyses of accounts and monthly preparation of management accounts
• Providing invoices and expenditure claims and making payments
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company accounts 
• Ensure regular reporting requirements are completed both accurately and within deadlines
• Responsible for year-end closing process and subsequent reporting requirements
• Knowledge of accounting, tax and reporting implications of contacts and other legal documents including board minutes etc.
• Preparation VAT returns and assisting in fulfilment of other tax related requirements
• Preparing information and smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile: 

• Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Controlling
• Experiences more than 3 years in a financial accounting role
• Proactive, resilient and flexible 
• Strength of character and the capacity to challenge and influence
• Analytical mindset
• Proficient in MS Office standard applications, good skills in MS Dynamic 365 will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in German and English
