Task Responsibilities:
• Producing and maintaining technical materials related to Flight Operations
• Write, edit, and revise all Flight Operations Manuals and documents
• Keeping track of the latest company and aviation regulations and procedures
• Administration, distribution and control of all FO documentations
• Administration, distribution and control of all documents on the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and iPads on board the aircraft
• Collaboration and administrative assistance to the Chief Technical Pilot and the Technical Pilot’s Office
• Active participation in the implementation of new technologies and processes in Flight Operations
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Secondary education/Apprenticeship
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of computer based publication software such as Adobe Frame Maker or Yonder Mind and advanced knowledge of information technology is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of and/or experience with EASA regulations is a distinct advantage
- Technical knowledge in aviation is a distinct advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals
- Being detail oriented and having a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Working Conditions:
• A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Position based in Luxembourg
The final title for this position will depend on seniority of the selected candidate
