Accounts payable officer
C. Accounts SA is a Luxembourg based company, with a portfolio of industrial clients active in sectors such as shipping and shipping related activities, as well as real estate and financial investments in Luxembourg and abroad.
We are actually looking for an Accounts Payable officer for our office in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
With an accounting acumen and good working knowledge of company’s operations, you will be in charge of reviewing, reconciling and posting suppliers’ invoices.
You will be in charge of following tasks:
- Verify, process and book supplier invoices
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Reconcile outstanding balances
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain up-to-date supplier accounts
- Answer queries from suppliers, contractors or other stakeholders
- Administrative tasks such as archiving documents
- Other ad-hoc projects
Your profile:
- You have a first relevant work experience and basic knowledge of accountancy.
- You are fluent in English; all other languages are considered as an advantage.
- You are accurate and figure minded.
- You have an organised and methodical approach.
