What will you do?
- Lead the sustainability advisory practice, including strategy definition, identification of new business opportunities and client relationship management;
- Act as the primary advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on sustainability risks, opportunities and compliance with ESG regulations; develop tailored sustainability strategies that align with business objectives of clients across various industries, with a focus on the financial sector;
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of sustainability projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints;
- Mentor and manage a team of sustainability professionals, ensuring performance, collaboration, and continuous development;
- Represent the company at conferences, sharing best practices and positioning the firm as a leading provider of sustainability advisory services;
- Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends, innovations, and regulatory changes, to ensure the advisory practice remains at the cutting edge.
This offer is for you if:
- You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field;
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field, with an expertise in the financial sector;
- You speak English and French fluently;
- You have a deep understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies (e.g. CSRD, SFRD, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.) and their application across various industries, with particular expertise in the financial sector;
- You demonstrate ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term client relationships;
- You have proven leadership skills, with experience in building and managing teams, developing new business activities, and leading cross-functional initiatives;
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and interpret large amounts of information and produce clear, concise and organised summaries;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels;
- You are able to anticipate future sustainability trends and challenges, and translate them into strategic opportunities for the advisory practice;
