What will you do?
Assist in the internal audit program and other Quality & Risk Management projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, and follow-up
Support on external regulatory due diligence, helping to gather and organize necessary documentation and evidence
Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with business processes
Participate in risk mitigation planning and monitoring activities
Ensure at any time the compliance with all regulatory – legal – professional requirements
Participate in the internal audit (regulatory & quality aspects / Information Security…)
Participate in any project reducing risks and enhancing quality: review of operational processes and controls, mandatory trainings, etc.
Help maintain risk registers and track the status of risk mitigation actions
Interact with all Quality & Risk Management pillars: AML – KYC / Ethics & Independence / IT Security / GDPR / Economic – financial Crimes
This offer is for you if:
You are graduated from a Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business/management with a major in risk, internal control or quality management
You are fluent in English and French, German would be an asset
You are proficient in Excel
You have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
You are willing to integrate a dynamic and high experimented team
You are willing to take responsibilities; to discover a large wide of different activities-services provided inside one group
You have understanding of internal controls, quality assurance, and risk management principles
