Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) is Arendt’s dedicated regulatory consulting arm composed of diverse and experienced professionals with a strong background in regulatory and business consultancy. 


Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from the classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities.


ARC responds to the growing needs of clients with a practical yet legally effective approach to regulatory change management and other regulatory matters.

Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:


Legal Advisor – IT/Cyber


Your role: 


  • Your duties will be varied – our job consists in making our clients conform with the regulations applicable directly to them or to the services they provide: you may hence help in the assessment of clients’ readiness to address and manage existing and new European regulations (in particular the Digital Operational Resilience Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, or other CSSF circulars related to ICT reporting or other IT matters), through diagnostics, gap analysis, impact studies, or supporting them in the practical implementation (e.g. drafting of strategies, policies and procedures, user manuals, or supporting in the building of inventories); 
  • Our clients, most of them are regulated entities, must ensure at all times compliance with the rules applicable to them: you may assist them to assess and plan their compliance controls according to standard methodologies and tools, ensure follow-up and provide with recommendations;
  • You may provide strong business analysis in line with the regulations, working in team & collaborating with clients and their external advisors; 
  • You may define new or amend operating models interactively with legal, business and IT constraints. 


Your profile: 


  • You ideally have a Master’s degree in finance, business administration, computer science or engineering; 
  • You have a maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or relevant experience in Luxembourg; 
  • You are fluent both written and oral in English. French and German will be considered as a strong advantage; 
  • You are able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines. 
  • You like reading regulation, and you have a clear interest for IT matters or innovative technologies; 
  • You are dedicated to work in a fast growing environment; 
  • You have problem-solving skills and you are ready to taking on a new challenge;
  • You are client driven and rigorous; 
  • You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
