🔹 Develop and implement top-notch quality plans.

🔹 Be the go-to person for customers regarding technical complaints.

🔹 Track quality indicators and implement corrective actions.

🔹 Manage product and process validation (PPAP).

🔹 Participate in audits and FMEA analysis.

🔹 Coordinate the design and procurement of control equipment.

🔹 Train the quality team on new programs and processes.

🎯 Your profile:

✔ Experience in product development and industrial launch.

✔ Mastery of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why).

✔ Knowledge of QM standards (IATF 16949).

✔ Fluent in English; German is a plus.

✔ Ability to make data-driven decisions.

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills.
