Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Law – Corporate Governance – Fiduciary – Legal

• You will manage a portfolio consisting of Soparfis, holdings, and SPFs, overseeing the entire lifecycle from incorporation to liquidation/dissolution.
• You will maintain direct communication with third parties, including lawyers, notaries, and banks.
• Regular coordination with the accounting team will be essential, particularly for the approval of annual accounts.
• You will be responsible for organizing and leading board meetings.
• Your duties will also include drafting legal documents such as contracts, minutes, and agreements.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment (fiduciaries, PFS) in Luxembourg is essential to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
• Fluency in both French and English is crucial, as the team primarily communicates in French while the clients are mainly English-speaking.
• Basic accounting knowledge is necessary to collaborate effectively with the accounting team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are key to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
