Senior Compliance Officer – Stable Asset Manager, 30 Holidays
We are delighted to introduce a new opportunity within an Asset Management Company located in Bertrange, offering a a healthy environment for every employee. The team is human-sized, with over 50 employees in total but with a lot of interaction between teams, which fosters effective communication both within teams and across departments.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Regulatory – Finance – Law – AML – KYC
- Your tasks will primarily focus on AML/KYC matters.
- You will take on the role of RC ("Responsable du Contrôle") for certain funds.
- You will draft comprehensive AML reports.
- You may be asked to present your findings to the board.
- You will contribute to the maintenance of the compliance monitoring plan.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance – Regulatory – Finance – Law – AML – KYC
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a compliance officer within the financial sphere (Service provider or in-house). Exposure to Alternative funds is a must, whereas experience with UCITS will be seen as an added plus.
- To ensure effective internal and external communication, you are fluent in both English and French.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role, particularly for the presentations to the board.
- You consider yourself organized and proactive, which will help you excel in this position.
- To ensure high-quality compliance work, you are meticulous and attentive to detail.

- You will earn a salary of up to €90,000 gross per year (depending on your skills and level of experience), ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
- In addition to this salary, you will receive an annual bonus that will depend on your own results as well as those of the company.

- To reduce your daily expenses, you will receive meal vouchers of €10.80 each.
