I’m pleased to present today's job offer from one of our clients in west Luxembourg, who is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team and support the high-quality services provided.
Our client established their main office over 20 years ago in Luxembourg to meet the needs of their Real Estate, Private Equity, and Family Office clients, becoming a global service provider offering a range of services such as Accounting, Legal, Corporate, and Domiciliation to their world-renowned clients.
Today, our client has offices across Europe, America, and Asia, allowing them to offer their services and expertise in different jurisdictions, with Luxembourg being a strong financial hub.
Our client's office is located outside Luxembourg City, providing their employees the opportunity to avoid heavy traffic in this area, consequently giving them more time for their personal activities.
Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – PSF – PFS – Tax – Financial
- As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting of your clients from A to Z.
- Given your seniority, you should be able to prepare the Annual Accounts of your clients by the imposed deadlines to avoid penalties for late submission.
- For this role, you are expected to review the financial statements prepared by your less experienced colleagues and provide advice for their improvement as needed.
- Our client is looking for a person who can embrace the company's values and deliver the high-quality services their clients expect by responding to their queries and advising them on their restructuring needs.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – PSF – PFS – Tax – Financial
- For this role, you should possess a degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Our client is looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a fiduciary, Big Four, or PSF in Luxembourg.
- Given the number of international clients, you should speak English. French or German will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory for this role.
- Our client is seeking someone ambitious and eager to develop themselves by learning from their colleagues and also helping and teaching, if necessary, their less experienced colleagues.

- Our client is prepared to offer you a competitive salary of up to 70,000€ gross per year to compensate for your effort and the value you can add to their team.
- Given the work you may be performing throughout the year, our client is prepared to provide you with a year-end discretionary bonus based on your performance, allowing you to enjoy this reward as you wish.
