Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Legal – Law – Avocat – Law firm

• Assist in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, in close collaboration with the Partner and for which you will also interact with other departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation such as loan agreements, security packages, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on Luxembourg and European financial regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant.
• Work closely with senior associates and partners on high-profile cross-border transactions.
• Engage with clients, regulatory authorities, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Legal – Law – Avocat – Law firm

• Master’s degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Banking & Finance although this is not a must.
• Eligible for List IV or List II, allowing you to practice in Luxembourg.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally gained in a law firm or financial institution in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English and French is required; German language skills or prior experience in Germany will be considered a strong advantage.
• A strong analytical mindset with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
