German Speaking Accountant – Small AIFM, Flexibility

We are currently supporting an AIFM that has been established for more than 10 years. Our client is located in the city center and offers an environment characterized by high flexibility, homeworking possibilities, and a culture free from micromanagement.

The management places great trust in its collaborators, allowing them to work autonomously. Of course, the partners remain accessible whenever needed and actively contribute to each employee’s professional development. The team itself is human-sized, consisting of around ten people in total.

The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, and the in-house structure allows each team member to have a comprehensive view of transactions, creating a dynamic work rhythm without stress or pressure from timesheets. However, the management maintains a strong focus on quality, ensuring a stimulating technical challenge on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – In House – Finance – Accounting

• You will manage a portfolio composed mainly of real estate alternative investment structures and holding companies.
• You will ensure bookkeeping and the preparation of annual accounts.
• You will prepare tax and VAT returns.
• You will review financial statements and ensure the compliance of all related documentation.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Funds – In House – Finance – Accounting

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an accountant within a similar environment in Luxembourg (PFS, fiduciary, holdings, AIFM).
• You are fluent in German and in either French or English, which is essential to communicate efficiently with colleagues and third parties.
• You are familiar with a similar portfolio, including Soparfis, holding, or property companies, preferably in the real estate sector.
• You have a stable professional background, demonstrating reliability and your wish to stay on the long term within your future position.
