The clients are primarily financial entities, including Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate, and securitization vehicles. The firm provides a wide range of services, including accountancy, tax, corporate, and compliance support. Delivering high-quality services and meeting deadlines to ensure client satisfaction is a top priority.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Junior – Finance – Legal – Corporate Governance

• You will participate in the management of a portfolio composed of Soparfis in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions (based on templates).
• Approving the annual accounts in collaboration with the accounting team will be part of your daily tasks.
• You will maintain the register up to date and file any changes with the RCS/RBE.
• After gaining a certain level of experience, you will have direct contact with clients.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Junior – Finance – Legal – Corporate Governance

• You have at least one year of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, or Asset Manager) in Luxembourg, which will allow you to adapt quickly to your new role.
• To ensure effective communication with both clients and colleagues, you are fluent in German and English.
• You are a proactive and organized professional, dedicated to continuously developing your knowledge.

• You will earn a salary of up to 60,000€ gross per year, enabling you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
