Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour to join our Luxembourg office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of the reception area, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're customer service focused and enjoy a varied role, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the office and responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Manage the central email correspondence responding to or escalating queries as necessary
- Coordination of employee desk bookings, meeting room bookings and set-up
- Arranging travel, taxi bookings and refreshments from suppliers to provide hospitality support for meeting rooms and kitchen area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries quickly and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and maintaining office supplies
- Processing payment requisitions for supplier invoices in our billing system
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Actively participating in team meetings and social events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are seeking a highly organised individual with previous reception experience in a professional services environment.
You will have a strong administration background and excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
