Knowledge Lawyer in Investment Funds : Your role

• Develop and maintain a library of templates, precedents, and know-how documents for the investment funds sector, including procedures, agreements with service providers, standard clauses, and prospectuses.
• Track and analyze key legal and regulatory developments in the investment funds industry at both national and European levels, ensuring awareness of market trends.
• Oversee the creation and updating of practice notes, legal updates, newsletters, memoranda, and briefings for both internal teams and external audiences such as clients or industry groups.
• Support the preparation of presentations for external events, including conferences, client meetings, and training sessions.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including digitalization projects and the development of tools like chatbots.
• Organize and deliver internal training sessions to keep legal teams informed about changes in laws, regulations, and market practices.

Knowledge Lawyer in Investment Funds : Your profile

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the funds sector (deep knowledge of UCITs funds), gained within an IFM, bank, or law firm.
• You hold a Master's degree in law or in a similar field
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to streamline processes and facilitate collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to work.
• A client-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks.
• A knack for delivering creative yet practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with French considered a valuable asset.
