We are growing! As a result, we are recruiting a: 

Legal in-house Counsel (m/f)

You will be responsible for assisting Arendt's senior management on various internal legal aspects, in particular the Managing Partner and the General Counsel in their respective roles. 

You are able to understand the challenges of an internal organization, as well as its legal, corporate and regulatory aspects. Your natural ability to interact with different stakeholders will be a key asset for this role. You are pragmatic and you pursue your objectives with perseverance and resilience while knowing how to adapt to changes and unforeseen events.

Your role:

  • Work with the Managing Partner and the General Counsel:

- To establish and coordinate the statutory calendar of the group’s entities;

- To prepare, conduct, take minutes, and follow-up on meetings of the various management bodies;

- To assist with general legal issues and questions related to the daily activities of Arendt;

- To coordinate projects related to the development of the internal organization and the group's activities; Assist the management in the production of status reports of ongoing projects;

  • Assist the General Counsel: 

- In her role of central repository of the group’s legal and corporate documentation;

- To draft and review (mainly) inhouse legal documentation;

- To prepare the legal documentation pertaining to the corporate life of the group’s entities and liaise with the various stakeholders involved.

Your profile:

  • You have a master’s degree, ideally in law;
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • You have a perfect command of Luxembourgish, French and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of German is considered an asset;
  • You are well organized, structured, rigorous and forward-thinking; you are sensitive to keeping matters confidential;
  • You are proactive and like challenges that require agility and perseverance;
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and are used to naturally interact with stakeholders from various professions and communicate clearly and with empathy;
  • You are good team worker with a practical, solution-oriented approach;
  • You have an advanced level in the use of MS Office tools;
