The 300 investor services experts at Arendt Investor Services and AManco are able to provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services and Third Party AIFM Services.
Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:
Manager – Fund Company Secretary
Your role:
- Running a human-sized team of 4 to 6 people;
- Providing guidance and leading other team members to develop new skills and knowledge;
- Monitoring client budgets and team billability as well as participating in some internal projects;
- Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation;
- Supervising and leading board meetings, including review of minutes and action points;
- Monitoring of other key corporate events;
- Reviewing legal documentation with critical analysis;
- Providing timely and quality delivery of services to clients;
- Giving guidance to clients as to good corporate governance proceedings.
Your profile:
- You are graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance;
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience including 2 years managing people in a similar position;
- You have proven leadership and communication skills;
- You are able to motivate and coach team members;
- You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws and regulations);
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You are diligent and well-organized.
