Maintenance coordinator (h/f/x)
Manpower Group Recruitment Agency is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/x) for one of its clients.
About Our Client:
Our client is a globally recognized industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying parts for the automotive industry.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance team in executing priority repairs to minimize unexpected downtime.
- Analyze downtime data to identify the equipment/parts responsible for major losses and implement actions to reduce future stoppages.
- Collaborate with operations and the maintenance team (supervisors and operators) to detect and implement equipment improvements that prevent or minimize breakdowns.
- Participate in maintenance planning to assess and enhance repair plans as needed.
- Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and external service providers to support operations and maintenance while improving repair efficiency.
- Manage the spare parts program: determine which parts should be kept in stock to ensure optimal facility operation.
- Conduct maintainability studies to understand and reduce the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Oversee the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program, identify preventive measures to avoid recurrence, follow up on actions until completion, and ensure their effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A first successful experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
- Experience in robotics (Fanuc) and knowledge of programming languages (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
