Job Description

Fleetback is developing SaaS products for the automotive industry (https://www.fleetback.com) for car dealerships sales and after sales services. Our objective: help car dealerships in their digital transformation journey by developing high business value product with a strong focus on quality and user experience.

It comprises both mobile & web applications and it is cloud-based.

In order to reinforce the Fleetback team and sustain our growth, we are looking for an analyst who can gather business requirements, analyse, model business processes and validate them.

Your primary focus will be to perfectly understand Fleetback business, analyse new change requests and ensure that the implementation fulfil the business requirements. An important part of your work will be dedicated to maintaining and level-up the product quality. You will be responsible to analyse new features, elaborate functional specifications, create tasks in our task management tool (Jira), communicate results of analysis and provide support to development team, and ensure business requirements are met.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understand Fleetback business
  • Analyse and gather business user requirements
  • Define and write use cases
  • Provide support to testing and development teams
  • Review and validate specifications and processes with Business users
  • Elaborate functional specifications
  • Communicate results of analysis to development team
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives or new features
  • Ensure the best quality of the application
  • Be part of all the global improvements
  • Mutually share and strengthen your knowledge with the rest of the team
  • Work closely with product owner and designer
  • Be a driver of change and innovation within the company

Your Profile:

  • You have an Analytical mind-set
  • You have experience in functional analysis and business process modelling
  • You are smart, motivated, creative and able to bring innovative solutions
  • You have experience in Scrum or other agile methodologies
  • You have a collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player
  • You have good abilities for reporting on your own progress
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification or related field with 3+ years of hands on development experience with open source stack. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector, and/or a previous experience working for an automotive software editor, is considered as an optional asset
  • You are fluent in French and English
