Task Responsibilities:
Support Cargolux Sales organization to identify commercial opportunities and risks emerging from the digital sales channels:
- Own and strengthen key relationships with key digital channel users and system providers
- Manage all aspects of digital sales channel traffic monitoring, forecasting and reporting processes
- Assist with economic modelling of strategies to support decision-making relative to the digital channels
- Develop understanding of customer behavior across channels and necessary developments
- Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities to enhance digital distribution strategy
- Develop communication plans by working with marketing department and revenue management
- Contribute to other initiatives on ad-hoc basis
Support Digital Sales team to incrementally improve its product:- Gather and formalize results from various analyses to propose product improvements (user experience, new features, issues etc.)
- Feed product backlog with concise and clear user-stories
