Nowadays, many IT professionals say they can find a job in the blink of an eye, sometimes even bragging about the many messages they receive from recruiters. However, I have the impression that this shortage of IT profiles is slowly being solved, thanks to the numerous training courses offered and their promotion. Are there other professions/sectors that could "steal the spotlight" from it, such as Finance or Engineering for example?
